Cherie and Mavrick met seven years ago and created a friendship that stood the test of time. During our session, it was vital for them to capture their friendship that grew into unconditional love. Mavrick wanted to make sure that Cherie got the pictures she wanted from their engagement session, and Cherie made sure Mavrick was comfortable every step of the way.
Apparently, Mavrick doesn't take pictures very often, but honey, you could have fooled me.
Once Mavrick got comfortable with the different poses, you couldn't tell him anything! I loved it! Both Cherie + Mavrick really turned their modeling skills on, and it showed!
This engagement session was adorable because they decided to fly a kite. It's not often that I get to shoot a couple flying a kite or anything at all. It definitely added a lovely, intimate touch to their engagement session.
